Shipping

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-4 days (excludes holidays). We primarily ship through UPS. After leaving our facility, UPS usually delivers within 2-3 days for standard ground shipping. You will receive an email confirmation from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes or mailers, this will be of no extra cost to you.
Once the package has left Cltrskincare and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays due to inclement weather, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays. If a package is unable to be delivered due to an address error and package is returned to Cltrskincare, additional shipping charges may apply. If you submit your order and you realize that the shipping address is incorrect please send us an email at order@cltrskincare.com title your email "Address Update" and we may be able to update the address without an additional charges.
Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cltrskincare.com including photo of the damaged product, subject of email should be title " Damaged/ Defective Product" and send your item to: CulturedSkinCo LLC "Cltrskincare", 6330 Lawrenceville Hwy, #2, tucker GA 30084, United States. Please understand that a product not working on your skin does not constitute the product as being defective.
